Clinical Ladder

Each nurse participates in the Clinical Ladder. Our ladder rewards and recognizes nurses who have develop expertise in nursing practice, and who function as preceptors and mentors for their less experienced colleagues. The path for clinical nursing experience follows the continuum of: Clinical Nurse I, Clinical Nurse II, Clinical Nurse III, and Clinical Nurse IV.
