Stress Management
Stress can result in a number of physical ailments. We teach relaxation techniques and how to identify stress indicators, manage anger, and stop negative thinking and worrying. Our four session program is led by a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in treating groups and individuals who have heart disease. Printed materials and a relaxation CD are provided. Returning participants are welcome.
